Meet the Team at Marianna's Fundraisers
For over 23 years, Sean has worked in accounting, information technology and human resources. Most recently, he has served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for DelGrosso Foods and their other family owned entities including Marianna Foods. His educational experience consists of: Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Saint Francis University with a dual major in Organizational Leadership and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Francis University. As of November 5, 2014 Sean’s new role will now include the duties as President of Marianna Foods. He believes in employee empowerment and creating a teamwork atmosphere. Sean’s favorite Marianna's Hoagie is the Italian and his favorite Marianna's Pizza is Primo Deluxe.
Todd Hill is the newest member of the Marianna’s team starting in 2014. Prior to joining the team, Todd was Director of Operations at Hoss’s Fresh Xpress and Plant Manager at Meadows Country Products. With over 25 years of experience in the fresh food industry, he knows what it takes to provide customers with the best quality products. “Customers expect great tasting products with consistent quality and our team is dedicated to providing that to our fundraiser partners. Everything from our fresh baked rolls to our premium meats and cheeses, we’re passionate about delivering on the promise of quality.” Todd’s favorite Marianna's Hoagie is the Italian (toasted in a toaster oven and garnished) and his favorite Marianna's Pizza is Primo Deluxe.
Juls Bratton joined the Marianna’s team in 2012 and is excited to be able to help groups raise the money they need for so many great projects. Juls has more than 20 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, as well as 15+ years in sales and marketing. “At the end of the day, who doesn’t enjoy eating a delicious hoagie or pizza? It's lunch or dinner made easy, and you have helped a group to raise money for their cause. It’s a win for all!” Jul's favorite Marianna's Hoagie is Baked Ham and Swiss and her favorite Marianna's Pizza is White.
Cris Hunter started working for the DelGrosso Family part time in 2004 and went full time as the Marianna’s Sales Coordinator in 2008. She has over 25 years of customer service experience. Cris works hand in hand with each group sales leader to set up their sale for maximum profitability and ease. “I enjoy working with these great groups who are doing so much to improve their community. Together, we really are making a difference one hoagie and pizza at a time.” Cris' favorite Marianna's Hoagie is Turkey and Cheese on Wheat and her favorite Marianna's Pizza is Cheese (because she loves DelGrosso NY Style Pizza Sauce).
John McCracken joined the DelGrosso Family and Marianna’s staff in 1984. He grew up working in food preparation for DelGrosso’s Amusement Park working along side his grandmother. In the summer you will find John in the kitchen helping to prepare great meals for DelGrosso’s Amusement Park. As a father of two “group active” kids, he knows how important it is for these groups to raise money. He takes great pride in making sure they have a quality product to sell as a fundraiser. John's favorite Marianna's Hoagie is Italian and his favorite Marianna's Pizza is the Meat Supreme.
Dave Taddei joined the Marianna’s Fundraisers team in 2012. Dave has worked in food preparation since the age of 10. He is a 3rd generation member of his family, who prepares great Italian meals at their family owned restaurant. He feels strongly about the importance of a family spending time together around a table. “If you don’t have time to cook, let us do the cooking for you by preparing a great hoagie or pizza from Marianna’s!” Dave's favorite Marianna's Hoagie is Italian and his favorite Marianna's Pizza is the Primo Deluxe.
Robbie DelGrosso is a 3rd generation DelGrosso Family member. He is one of 23 grandchildren of Fred and Mafalda DelGrosso, the founders of Marianna’s Fundraisers. Robbie started working for the family business first at DelGrosso Foods, Inc in 2003 and had joined the Marianna’s Fundraisers team in 2012. “I take pride in continuing our family legacy of helping non-profit groups raise money. We have such a dedicated team that begins order preparation in the early hours of the morning to ensure that our products are made fresh daily, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.” Robbie's favorite Marianna's Hoagie is the Roast Beef and Cheese and his favorite Marianna's Pizza is Pepperoni.
